Okay,
Today is your opportunity to watch a video and then respond. Each of you is to post a comment stating two statements that you found interesting from the video and why you found them interesting. Then, you are expected to respond to three other students’ comments.

Well lets get blogging! Each person who writes a message is putting their own opinion out there for all of us to see. I expect everyone to comment on questions respectfully and articulately. This means that there will be no put downs and your comments are well written. So, MSN stle writing is not allowed. Punctuation and capital letters are expected. Also, I will see the comment first before it is allowed to be displayed to the rest of the class. Please feel fre to comment more than once and you are allowed to make comments on other students ideas. Have fun.
Now that you have watched the movie lets see if we can discuss similarities between a Renaissance humanist and a today’s humanist. I chose to show you this movie because of the message. Each of you are to write your own version to what you think the message is. I expect you to use at least one example in the movie to prove your point. Your response should be at least a paragraph (5-7 sentences).

Ok, here is the scoop. I thought this would be a good way for us to communicate back and forth using technology. The plan is to have you look at webcasts from a variety of sources, comment on questions and what ever else we can think of to use this type of technology to help us learn. What do you think we should do for our first activity?
